Admission Procedure

Montessori Section

All students seeking new admission to Montessori must first fill in the Registration Form. After verifying the particulars given in the Registration Form, the application form for Admission will be issued.

The parents along with child will then meet the Headmistress with the following documents for admission.

1. Filled in Admission Form
2. Passport size photograph of the child
3. A copy of the Student's Birth Certificate
4. Required fee
5. Photograph of Parents
6. Copy of Student’s and Parent’s Aadhar Card

The admission procedure will be completed only on producing all the above documents as well as on making the full payment of the required fee.

Primary and Secondary Sections

All students seeking new admission to class 1 to class 10 will have to appear in an Admission Test. On submitting the filled in Registration Form, the school will intimate the data of Admission Test (Usually the admission test is held in the first week of April). The test will be of the level of the annual examination of the previous class to which admission is sought. The test will be in English, Mathematics, Malayalam and Hindi. Candidates who qualify the Admission Test will be intimated and the Admission Form will then be issued. The parent along with the child will meet the Principal with the following documents for admission.

1. Filled in Admission Form
2. A copy of Student's Birth Certificate
3. TC From a recognized School (for classes above I Standard)
4. Passport size photo of the child
5. Required fee
6. Photograph of Parents
7. Copy of Student’s and Parent’s Aadhar Card
8. Conduct Certificate

The admission procedure will be completed only on producing all the above documents as well as making the full payment of the required fee.

Senior Secondary Section

The admission to Class XI is based on the Index Mark obtained by the candidates. The index Mark is arrived at by taking the following marks into consideration.

1. The Grade Points obtained in English, Science and Mathematics in X Std.
2. The marks scored by the candidate in the written Admission Test conducted by the school.

Candidates selected for admission will be intimated and admission will be granted up on producing the following.

1. X Std. Original Mark/Grade Sheet.
2. TC from the school last attended.
3. Conduct Certificate issued by the Principal of the previous institution.
4. Passport size photograph of the candidate.
5. Required Fee.
6. Photograph of Parents.
7. Copy of Student’s and Parent’s Aadhar Card.

The admission procedure will be completed only on producing all the above documents as well as on making the full payment of the required fee.
